Describe the bug

Noticed the following broken links:

• "Edit this page" links at the bottom of all guides
• Some Markdown starter kit templates open as raw text (which is easy to copy / paste) and some open as Docusaurus rendered Markdown.
  • Ex. 1: https://nasa-ammos.github.io/slim/docs/guides/governance/contributions/change-request-templates/
  • Ex 2: https://nasa-ammos.github.io/slim/docs/guides/documentation/readme/

What did you expect?

All links should resolve and do so consistently.
