Purpose

Correction of the scope of a provided tool (PMD not supporting Python, C#, C/C++)
Addition of several testing frameworks and tools

Proposed Changes

For code analysis, for static analysis, PMD supports Java, JavaScript, Salesforce.com Apex and Visualforce, Modelica, PLSQL, Apache Velocity, HTML, XML and XSL. However, it doesn't support Python, C#, C/C++. I revised the list accordingly.
Added AI/ML testing section
Added containerization & orchestration section
Added continuous integration & deployment section

Please see my related comment here about OWASP's fairly comprehensive list of tools on their DevSecOps Guideline. We could select some preferred tools and then refer users to the more comprehensive list(s) for further alternatives.
