I would try to reduce the number of steps in the Find or Make a Ticket and the Make a Pull Request sections.

In the Find or Make a Ticket section, I think 2/3/4 and 6/8 can be combined. Similarly, for Make a Pull Request I think 2/4/5 and 6/7 can be combined.

This comment is based on the sheer number of steps, pre-existing familiarity with those steps and my intuition that long lists will deter interaction.

Thanks @jpl-jengelke - agreed! The steps are a bit lengthy. Let me see what can be done.
