Our existing governance model guide is really more appropriate for large teams involving dozens of members because we recommend both a technical and project steering committee (in addition to several levels of contributions). But what about simpler projects involving just a few developers? Or just one active maintainer? We need a more targeted and simpler governance approach for these smaller teams.
