I'd like to include starter kits for better enforcement of patch integrity, specifically starter kits for checking for unauthorized credential commits (thanks @mike-gangl) as well as ensuring we have some guidance on enforcing Developer Certificate of Origin (DCO) requirements (as spelled out in our Documentation -> Contribution Guide template).
