Add logs when importing URLs so we know how many were expected, how many succeeded, and how many failed

Description

We have noticed that when bringing in URLs from a Sinequa server, sometimes we get count mismatches. We want to track this when it happens and know why it happens. Some sort of slack notification when this happens would be helpful. The Slack notification that gets triggered when we go from "Engineering in Progress" -> "Ready to Curation" should also tell us the metrics tracked in this card.

Implementation Considerations

• Use the same slack module we already use
• Make it super clear when there is a problem
