Description

Create an access token in LRM Dev for retrieving full texts via the SQL endpoint. This token will be used by COSMOS for the existing URL import code, as full texts are needed to support downstream ML tasks.

Created the token in LRM DEV and shared the bearer token to Carson and Saif on slack
