Bug Fix: Slow load times on staging #443

Describe the bug While clicking through UI all actions take a long time to load.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run test
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

@EJwalker13 can you provide the URL of a view that you think is particularly slow?

@alukach Here is a URL to a view https://admgstaging.nasa-impact.net/drafts/campaign

This was an issue Carson was having on his computer. Staging on his machine was functioning terribly slow. We tested it on my machine and staging appeared to be functioning at a normal speed.
