Bug: Published GCMD Phenomenon Items Search #495

Describe the bug While testing the MI on staging a bug was found when searching for published GCMD Phenomenon Items. The MI has users search for the items based upon a Short Name which is not a field within the views file.

To Reproduce I searched/filtered a GCMD Phenomenon Draft based upon Term: WATER QUALITY/WATER CHEMISTRY. Next I searched for a Topic: TERRESTRIAL HYDROSPHERE. Then, searched for a Category: Earth Science. ERROR❌ Cannot resolve keyword 'short_name' into field.
