Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Cannot create IOPs, SEs, or CDPIs forms from the campaign dashboard view.
(Note: can still add them from the deployment form but they do not show in the dashboard view) To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior You should take you create a draft page for either an IOP/SE/CDPI when you click that button.
