Clearing filters on a Campaign, Platform, Instrument page does not work #550

Issue Overview

This issue applies to the main Campaign, Platform, and Instrument search page (entry point)
You can filter for Action, Status, and Short Name - This works
You can't clear it - You get error

How To Reproduce:

Did a multi filter query. Start here.
Action: Create > Status: In Progress with no Short Name and another with a Short Name added (IceBridge) which was successful.
When tried to Clear Filters it resulted in error message

When I click on Clear Filters I get error

Expected Behavior

I expect to clear the Action, Status, and Short Name filters

Work has been merged to the canonical workflow branch, but not deployed to dev automatically. Will need to be deployed along with other bugs once everything is merged into the branch.
