Some "In Progress" campaign names aren't appearing in the main table, and navigating to the wrong Dashboard tab #555

Issue Overview

This issue applies to Campaigns
Seeing a few UI issues that I can't understand as it works for some Campaigns and not others:
- Short Name not showing up on main table even though it exists
- Users being navigated to the Published tab, even though the campaign isn't published - should be in EditIn Progress

How To Reproduce:

Did a multi filter query. Start here.
Action: Create > Status: In Progress with no Short Name and another with a Short Name added (IceBridge) which was successful.
When tried to Clear Filters it resulted in error message

These campaigns with underlines should have names

I'm taking to the Published tab even though the draft is In Progress

Expected Behavior

I'd expect the short name to appear on the main table (as it's a required field)
I'd expect to be navigated to theEdits (In Progress) tab
