500 error when going to Campaign Dashboard in Staging and Production #563

Describe the bug There is an error when trying to access a campaign dashboard. This affects staging and production but not the dev environment (which is currently used as the sandbox for the new MI workflow).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Campaign Draft' https://admg.nasa-impact.net/drafts/campaign
  2. Click on a campaign Dashboard Screenshot 2023-09-18 at 10 36 19 AM
