This step is to review the current repo ReadMes and rewrite them as needed to be more public facing.

Cleaned up broken images on the readme file for the CASEI UI repo https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/admg-casei and checked if the directions were clear on installing the admg project the backend readme.
