Describe the bug Back in December, we had replaced the existing CASEI feedback with a Google form (reference: https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/admg-casei/issues/478 and PR https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/admg-casei/pull/480) on the Contact page. However, we didn't realize there was another button for feedback on the home page which still links to the old Kayako form.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior Redirect the feedback form on the bottom of the homepage to the Google feedback form.
