I'm adding a link to the upcoming view when a search on the Explore page yields no results.
This link leads to a new page where users can view upcoming campaigns, platforms, and instruments that are currently in curation (in admin_review to be precise).
This view is somewhat special in that it is the first view that uses our API during runtime. The request is small and very fast right now.
