Give users info on ADMG's Geophysical Concepts #561

UI Polish -- Priority: Medium

We should provide some background info to users on what the Geophysical Concepts are and how ADMG developed them. We have documents that convey this fairly well already, but it would be good to make those easily accessible on the CASEI UI.

1 -- We should at a minimum have these or one of these available to users (as a .pdf?) on the Geophysical Concept definiton on the CASEI glossary page.

2 -- An even better situation would be having some way to get a hover text/tool tip when users encounter the phrase "geophysical concpet" throughout CASEI site that could link them to the G box on the glossary page, where the resources would be available as in (1)

Completed, will be shown on UI once we deploy CASEI next.
