Implement interactive flight map for ACTIVATE #582

Context

As part of this epic, https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/admg-casei/issues/576, we have accessed data for ACTIVATE deployments.

Task

To create a flight visualization for the ACTIVATE campaign in CASEI

We are prioritizing this second after OLYMPEX because it has multiple deployments which gives us something new to work through from a interaction standpoint.

We downloaded the data and made the visualization possible on the ACTIVATE campaign page.
