Fix B-200 platform_type #588

I noticed in the OLYMPEX campaign that all aircraft platforms had "Jet" as the platform_type's shortname, and I'm using it to distinguish between aircraft and other static location platforms in the map legend (#576).

However, the ACTIVATE's "B-200" platform doesn't have "Jet" as platform_type.

Context here is that sometimes on the flight maps legend, static locations are being labeled as flights as opposed to static locations. The solution should be to add "Jet" as the platform type to this campaign. This might be something we need to do for other campaigns that require the label.

I think I've solved this issue. I'm considering platform types "UAV", "Prop" and "Jet" as aircraft, so it doesn't need any change in the MI.
