Adding locations (lat/long) for some static platforms #590

Context

For the flight path feature https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/admg-casei/issues/576, the data we need to display platform tracks is not only based on a path, but there are also static locations for things like buoys or stationary sights.

Task

There isn't an easy way where we can just access these locations via URL. So for the 5 prototype campaigns, we need to map out the lat and long of each static platform. The list is here in this spreadsheet but @willemarcel has prepared a separate spreadsheet to actually list out the locations.

  1. Create a new tab for each of the remaining campaigns: IMPACTS, HS3, and CAMP2Ex
  2. Follow the same copy/paste template as for OLYMPEX and ACTIVATE
  3. Fill in the location information we can find for each deployment for that campaign

From here, Wille has to process each campaign individually, so having one tab per campaign works best.
