This pull request enables the visualization of the flight tracks. We have data available for 5 campaigns: OLYMPEX, ACTIVATE, HS3, CAMP2Ex, and IMPACTS. It will not show the map in the campaigns' pages that don't have data available.
The "Timeline" section on the campaign page was renamed to "Deployment & Events"
The flights tracks can be filtered by platform and deployment, both interacting in the map legend and in the Events chart section
This PR also fixes the position of the tooltip in the Events section (#598)
The URL we are using to load the geojson files is yet temporary
