Situation

We were not able to get nav data for a platform

Solution

Show it, but disable interaction functionality. Add text like "Not Shown"

Note that we don't want to say Data unavailable as it might be understood that it's not available anywhere. This is mainly to communicate that we have not (yet) gathered the data to display it on CASEI as it's not as straightforward to find/access.
