Update styles for accordion: links and background #648

Resolves comments in https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/ADMG-project/issues/1103.

This PR:

Shifts the "Learn More" link to the right side of the accordion fold
Adds a light background to the accordion fold to more clearly visually distinguish each accordion section from the next

hm -- maybe more like a "tab" / indent than a fully right justify? and maybe less of space in between? let me get a scn shot/sketch to give better idea...

something like:

less space where red highlights gaps (if this is double space then maybe just single spaced?)
see where i typed start of a new "learn more" spot...
