Planet API calls are failing #149

In the current production deployment of this API, most calls to the /planet endpoint are failing.

The fix is already merged with https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/covid-api/pull/148, but we are working on getting the project to deploy again, which requires some updates.

We will post here when the production deployment has successfully been updated.
