• [x] Ask Ed or Madhu to restore GE01_MSI_L1B granules for 2013 from Glacier (15 days) and generate UMM-G metadata files
• [x] Once all metadata files are generated, in Prod, run Cumulus rule named GE01_MSI_L1B___1_2013:

  DOTENV=.env.prod make bash
  cumulus rules enable --name GE01_MSI_L1B___1_2013
  cumulus rules run --name GE01_MSI_L1B___1_2013

• [x] Query the CMR to check the hits count, indicating the granule count: https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/granules.umm_json?short_name=GE01_MSI_L1B&temporal=2013-01-01T00:00:00Z,2013-12-31T23:59:59.999Z
