Generate checksums for missing WV03 L1B P1BS generated by airflow logs #253

-Some granules were in S3 but missing entry in the dynamoDB table. This step will be handled after the granules are ingested into the CBA account. Files moved into cumulus/ORCA will be deleted from the MCP bucket.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Procedure to process those files and insert them into the table
