Brief description:
There are a small number of granules which did not make it through the first round of migrations from OLD NGAP to CBA PROD.
This is a ticket to represent the work where we try to ingest those remaining granules again.
This time, if there are any errors, we should have a clean report of what those errors are (athena error aggregation method via cumulus).
