MCP MAXAR Deletes - Get the inventories

• [x] Set up S3 Latest Inventories from the following places
  • [x] MCP MAXAR Delivery Bucket
  • [x] CBA PROD (S3 Files Hosted Verification)
  • [x] CBA PROD DR (Orca Backed Up Verification)
• [x] Turn off the Inventory (so it does not constantly generate new files and take up additional S3 space)
• [x] Pull down all 3 of these inventories so they can be filtered properly in the next step.

Tips for accomplishing this -This can be done on the S3 Interface.
-Make sure the inventories are going somewhere that is not the same bucket to prevent recursion.

UPDATE: I got the lists. All of them are on MCP. In order to save a significant amount of time. I will be using the last safe to delete list (before the very last small migration ingest from OLD_NGAP). This allows the filtering step to be skipped for now. This should allow about 90% of the granules to be captured. All the items on this list are already verified as their status did not change. When automation comes online, a small number of granules will be re-ingested and/or may be picked up by the safe to delete automation pipeline.
