Dedicated domain name for the analytics platform

As a sysadmin I want my analytics stacks to have sensible domain names So that people can access them

As a sysadmin I want the Route53 Hosted Zone to be under CDK control So that the system is self contained

😆 I thought I was an owner of developmentseed github org but I'm not - looks like @alukach, @omniajoe, @ianschuler @olafveerman could do transfer this repo to the NASA-IMPACT github organization. We can probably keep it private for now.

Linking this related issue, I also put in a domain name request for the proj management meeting 😄 on Aug 2. Can we share a domain? https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/delta-backend/issues/91

If so, once there is a decision about what that domain will be, I could potentially go through the help desk to obtain it. cc @abarciauskas-bgse

@anayeaye Ideally, we'd have a separate domain for the analytics platform in my mind to make the dev cluster domains a bit cleaner. We are using *.delta-backend.com for now (maybe without the hyphen), but I was thinking it'd be cleaner to have our own R53 setup.
