Finalized the HLS 10-day composite samples generation.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Script that generates 10-day composites ~~- [ ] Expand to produce a global composite dataset~~
[x] Generate sample composite for a test site

Update from Junchang: I uploaded 10-day composite examples of 2022 for tile 19UET (Quebec) and 32UQU (Munich) to s3://hls-debug-output/M30_sample/ There you can find the animated GIF for the annual composite time series. We got a lot of gaps over Quebec.

Update from Junchang: Prototype code uploaded. The main function is create_m30.c, the usage is shown in usage.txt
