Objective 2: Implement HLS Vegetation Indices

Motivation: HLS-VI was selected as a cycle 3 solution to the SNWG survey due to its ability to meet many agency’s needs for easier access to high-fidelity vegetation information. The Operational Readiness Review

Description: Implement the SNWG Cycle 3 Vegetation Indices suite.

Acceptance/Completion Criteria:

• [x] Complete HLS-VI processing capabilities
• [x] Complete HLS-VI metadata and STAC generation capabilities
• [x] Prepare HLS-VI product user guide
• [ ] Communicate and advertise upcoming capability in coordination with LPDAAC and SNWG
