Motivation: A long term HLS plan involves improving our data reconciliation with LPDAAC and Cumulus Systems. A key task in modernizing our pipelines is to migrate existing HLS resources that use Pulumi to CDK.

Description: Modernize LPDAAC reconciliation pipeline by migrating existing Pulumi code to CDK.

Acceptance/Completion Criteria:

[ ] Migrate hls-lpdaac-orchestration to use CDK

Risks, Dependencies & Blockers:

Dependency: Require coordinating with Brian regarding existing pipeline May require coordinating with MCP helpdesk regarding permissions
Risk: None currently identified Brian’s availability
