Hyperlinks without HTTP disappear in view and PDF modes #554

Similar to https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/snwg-script-project/issues/267. The link and associated content does not reappear when going back to the edit mode.

This was solved here in SNWG.

Hi @bwbaker1, unfortunately we discovered a bug on both staging and production. The bug is described above. We have fixed the bug on staging and ~will deploy~ have deployed the fix to production.

Unfortunately, if users have added hyperlinks previously (without adding http(s)), their hyperlinks and associated text are most likely lost. I don't have a sense of how much this bug affected users, because this wasn't an issue that was reported by users. We could discuss whether to inform all users, or hope that it wasn't a bug that affected many of them.
