Jenny Wood 3:32 PM Jun 25 Checked with Jeanne'. Had a kickoff meeting with them when the project was first selected before contract negotiations took place. TEMPO kickoff slides: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1FC3_Na0WaryDm-pWFpPJmgLHSBfY-sgh6B8mq-hIJUw/edit#slide=id.g13bc9f229d4_0_0. Following a kickoff meeting, kickoff slides, a project plan template, and the RFP are sent to the implementation team. I know that they've been sent the project plan (unsure if other materials were sent since I was not on the project then).
