Description

After the PBL ATP DG, work towards establishing the contractual agreement(s) between SNWG MO and PBL solution project.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Contracting mechanism identified
Stretch goal: Contracting mechanism completed, signed, and approved.

Status (5/30/23): Task Agreement underneath Global JPL contract (same as OPERA); don’t have first draft of the language Joao and Chi has the draft request and has indicated that will work on it soon. (May look closer to TEMPO/GOES NRT than existing OPERA agreement)
