Continue HLS-VI Stakeholder Engagement support

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Update Stakeholders on GEE upload and additional VIs plus soliciting ideas for application tutorials via newsletter
[x] Initiate collaboration with LP DAAC to develop training materials using preliminary data for how to access, download and process HLS VI data in LP DAAC
[ ] Formalize collaboration with NASA ARSET for development of application tutorials

"Update from the meeting today:

Newsletter is in progress (hope to send it out by the end of this week pending Katrina's approval).
LP.DAAC has committed to developing training, but we're not sure if DAAC selection has been confirmed (may want to check with Jeanne')
Pontus has reached out to Melanie Cook from ARSET several times with no response. He plans to ping her again."

Pontus 9:54 AM Sorry for the delay -- yes, I am working with ARSET to design stakeholder engagement activities related to the HLS VI solution. We haven't formalized the collaboration yet but we agreed to work together. The stakeholder engagement will include how to work with the data on the LPDAAC
