In ref to EarthData pages. Jenny has access. We are attempting to get Essence trained to replace Jenny to allow her to make updates to the pages, but it has been slow in coming. One-on-one has been pivoted more towards group training due to website transition. There is a policy that only two people in our group are allowed to have edit access at any one time. We are allowed to edit underlying page, then Josh Bloomenfeld approves those changes.

Steps: Essence completes training; Jenny's access decommissioned, then Essence commissioned.

Training on June 12, 2014

Essence sat in. Seemed like a “Part 1”. Reviewed changes that are coming with the transition. Needs a followup discussion with Andi for more information. There was the impression that there would be multiple trainings coming up to go more in depth. Current training was inadequate for a sense of comfort in utilizing the platform.
