Alternate layout from Kat (sp?); Next step: DCD talk with EarthData team to discuss both layouts. Move forward as much as possible with Natasha’s blessing EarthData team puts the structure together; DCD should be able to edit photos + text and submit to EarthData team for approval and publication. Will also be able to collaborate with IMPACT/OASIS Comms team for simple page updates. Looking for final text by end of September Add link to EarthDataSearch portal for SNWG products on either page layout. Jenny: EarthData Comms team has a meeting on Monday to discuss migration of IMPACT sites to EarthData. Will know more after that.

Katrina: there are 2 SNWG sites: IMPACT and EarthData. Ideal to condense, but unsure if deleting IMPACT page is feasible. Consideration first is whether SNWG MO is even part of IMPACT offerings once the migration is complete. tbd.

Essence and I attended training on the new system and the initial pages have been set up. Unfortunately, the Earthdata team will not be able to accommodate the current design of the SNWG solutions landing page (card format, searchability, filtering) for this launch. It requires immense development time which they can't support as of right now (no room for negotiation on this). They do have the need for this recorded and will be making this available as part of a Phase 2 launch (no estimated timeframe for this though).

Launch of the new pages is set for the end of October. Earthdata team has requested all updates by October 4 which is a tight time crunch, so Essence and I will be working on this heavily over the next few weeks (agency interviews will take priority though).
