Cherrelle still setting up meeting with Aaron Pina (USFS). Reminder that Pontus is out most of June. We do have the infographic draft, but it is still in review. Could we modify the infographic text to get this meeting on the books before July without requiring review? Review is required because the title highlights SNWG instead of NASA efforts.
Katrina changed the infographic title so that we can use it by end of day today. Pontus/Natasha choose top three to send emails/infographic to by end of day tomorrow. Natasha: do we need to let them know that we’ve updated the title? Katrina: probably a good idea just to keep them in the loop. Will send email.
Natasha: do we also want to send other handouts? NASAs role in SNWG and solution handout. Fact Sheets - NASA Comms
Goal of 2-5 outreach emails per month to hopefully get at least one story per month.

USFS: Meeting with USFS rep (Jim Ellenwood) held on 3/20/24 to discuss usage stories; 2024-03-20 USFS James Ellenwood meeting Question: How do we make those contacts and set up the meetings with those James mentioned in the meeting. Action: Pontus draft contact email to send to people on the list to initiate contact. Wait for Infographic draft before sending. Action: Jenny DCD/Comms make first pass at SNWG one-pager/Infographic this week, then send to Pontus. Keep figures simple. Need to convey: interagency effort; NASA has many experts involved; solutions come from needs; solutions have been created. (Who needs to know what; main point) One graphic that represents SNWG (not the solutions); Example:

Unsure when the right time to do this is; if they really want to suggest changes, there is an existing mechanism for that.
