  • [x] Cherrelle schedule one-hour meeting to refine impact stories plan. Discuss takeaway from SERVIR meetings, do we all have impact story template, what type of action items, who is filling what role, etc. Attendees: Natasha, Pontus, Clay, Anita. Forward as needed to others who will help build out impact stories.

Pontus: we could target solutions earlier than full operation. Many stories from other products are about “potential usage” even before operational usage. Problem > Potential Solution (will need to verify agency is ok being credited with the solution usage) Planned/Proposed utility <-coDesign work is part of the story/journey->Actual usage

2024-08-29 SNWG SEP Weekly Meeting

Current status: stalled Next step: Pontus to continue collaboration. SERVIR usage of SNWG products. Discuss if hubs want webinars.
