Feature to transfer group ownership (VEDA Auth Portal) #103

Users should only be able to do this if they are OWNER

  1. Add the new email as OWNER
  2. Remove your own profile from group
  3. TBD

@lahirujayathilake, thoughts on whether you should be a MEMBER, ADMIN, or what should happen to your role once you transfer ownership?
