A user is able to access JupyterHub through authorization

User group

Users of VEDA Hub
- Scientists affiliated with the respective project (EIS, MAAP, GHG), participants of workshops who get access for the duration of the workshop

The definition of done here is that we have a JupyterHub running that people can log in to with CILogon.

[ ] CILogon set up with Keycloak
