Add test to ensure that DAGs are valid

What

As part of https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/veda-backend/issues/357 , it was seen that there were no tests in the Airflow DAGs.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Determine a testing strategy for the DAGs
• [x] Implement test covering existing DAGs that can extend to future ones
