What

Why

We are deprecating MWAA but want to persist the staging environment MWAA in parallel to the new SM2A while we are cutting services over to the new system.

~@amarouane-ABDELHAK I wonder if we should create a new issue to refactor the github workflow to deploy SM2A on push to dev (instead of or in addition to MWAA).~
