Add new items for GEOGLAM for November and January #102

Like #91 but for November and January (there is no data in December).

Data:

Steps:

  1. Unzip the archives
  2. run rio cogeo create --overview-resampling mode <in.tif> <out.tif> with rio-cogeo=3.5.0 or equivalent
  3. Rename the files to match the existing naming pattern CropMonitor_{YYYY}_{MM}_{DD}.tif
  4. Upload to bucket
  5. Ingest to STAC
