CMIP6_ensemble_median Data Collection #169

Description

Currently, there's the combined_CMIP6_daily_GISS-E2-1-G_tas_kerchunk_DEMO collection in VEDA. The ask is to generate a collection based on the monthly median data for now, where all the variables underneath would be assets of the same STAC item. There is the assumption that for each variable, the TIF for the specific item exists underneath the expected path (i.e. none are missing).

If we have questions/need more details - we can ask Brian

Initial collections have been added to the dev catalog for validation. All items and assets have been ingested, but many values are placeholders (asset titles and descriptions, collection descriptions, provider and render info, etc). We'll need additional information to flesh these out for publication.

(There was mention of an additional ssp126 scenario, but there are no assets to go with it. Is this correct?)
