This PR supports the movement of the Camp Fire LST Night Difference 2015 - 2002 difference dataset to the Staging API.

This is the fourth of four datasets to be uploaded from issue https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/veda-data/issues/24

i see that you have used same collection name for all the PRs that would mean that the same collection is being overrode, and that's not right

Thanks @slesaad for identifying this. Perhaps you can advise on best practices? My understanding was the collection name would be the same for the 4 datasets that were part of it, but what you're describing is not the case. Happy to revise, once this is clarified.

revised collection id name and re-ran ingest per our discussion. Will revise remaining 3 PRs which currently have same collection id name.
