Add new items for GEOGLAM for September and October #91

Like https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/veda-data/issues/50 but for September and October.

Data:

Steps:

  1. Unzip the archives
  2. run rio cogeo create --overview-resampling mode <in.tif> <out.tif> with rio-cogeo=3.5.0 or equivalent
  3. Rename the files to match the existing naming pattern CropMonitor_{YYYY}_{MM}_{DD}.tif
  4. Upload to bucket
  5. Ingest to STAC

Acceptance criteria

@j08lue The 2 new zips in the linked folder have 2022 filenames, can you confirm that these are actually 2023 datasets?

Thanks for checking! The files are actually called Global_Synthesis_2023_09_28.zip etc. The products have been called that on the producer's side for a while but I always renamed them to CropMonitor, for consistency with our archive.
