visualize-zarr.ipynb

oco2-geos-l3-daily dataset is used in the visualize-zarr.ipynb notebook but the collection is not in the production catalog. We'll need to ingest using this config file https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/veda-data/blob/1a8b5574aaf91297b6cdca6515763952dea47b69/ingestion-data/staging/collections/oco2-geos-l3-daily.json#L2

The production catalog is missing modis-annual-lai-2003-2020 which has a staging config in veda-data: https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/veda-data/blob/main/ingestion-data/staging/collections/modis-annual-lai-2003-2020.json
