Use openved.cloud domain #167

Description

veda-docs is currently using the default github pages domain (https://nasa-impact.github.io/veda-docs/). For consistency with other veda services, we should use a subdomain with openveda.cloud. Suggested domain: docs.openveda.cloud

Acceptance Criteria

From Github docs, we should create a CNAME record in Route53 openveda.cloud hosted zone: https://docs.github.com/en/pages/configuring-a-custom-domain-for-your-github-pages-site/about-custom-domains-and-github-pages#using-a-subdomain-for-your-github-pages-site
